Women in Chemistry
Women in Chemistry is a book about women around the world and from different times in history who have worked in chemistry and have made a difference. Chemistry is a part of science where you learn about things around you. The ladies in the book have taught us all a lot about things around us. The ladies are teaching a girl in the book about different things about our world, like DNA and our cells. When you read the book, you will find out if you are a scientist, too.
I found the book very interesting. The material in the book was a little hard for me to understand, but I had my mom explain it to me. The part about electrons, neutrons, and protons was neat to learn about. The pictures were drawn well and I thought that the book was made well, too. I think that this book is a good one for kids of any age to listen to, but it might be better to understand with kids older than me.
