Toys Galore
This book is about toys, toys, toys! It shows a robot that needs repairs, it shows a machine, a wind-up and control machine. On the back is a ship with wings and wheels and a monkey in a mine cart bringing the ship on wheels, and that ship on wheels is connected to a train with wheels! And someone is sitting on that car way back behind. There are toys that fly, and toys that drive, that bounce or swim, or are for outside or inside. These are fun toys. One is made out of glue, and there are also explore toys, and building block toys and robot toys. I love looking at all the pictures of the toys. The children are funny; their heads are all ovals and they bang on dishes and pots and pans. They look like they are having fun. Someone put a toy boat in the water, and some other children were talking through phones that are made out of tin cans but the person at the other end of the string hears nothing but, “Meow!” Some children are even playing in the mud or in the trees! I will look at this book a lot; I think it is fun.
