B is for Bear: A Natural Alphabet

This book is really pretty, because it has all these pictures of things you would see if you went outside. Then you see the alphabet and there is a picture that goes along with the letter. Like it says, D is for Dandelion, or J is for Jackrabbit, or K is for Kids – because it says kids should be outside too! You read the letter and the thing that is the picture, and then the book tells you more about the picture. Q is for Queen Anne’s Lace, which is a flower that might have ants in it! I like the pictures of the W is for Wave and P is for Pebble, because those are from the ocean, but my favorite pictures are the animals, like F is for Fawn. The colors in this book are not very bright. They are mostly brown and green and black and gray, like you would find out in nature (but not flowers or birds). But I like them and I like this book and other children will like it too!
