What Does It Mean To Be An Entrepreneur?

This book talks about a word I have never heard before, “entrepreneur”. Mom explained to me that it means someone having a business, like a company that does things or sells stuff. The book explained that having a business does not mean to have money, although having enough money to fill a wheel barrel seems nice. It does not mean to have a store like a place you go to in order to buy things. It means to ask questions. To be curious, to see a need and try to solve a problem in a creative way, like the girl in the picture that tries to find a way to wash dogs (washer and dryer? Portable bubble machine? Gigantic hand sponges?). Entrepreneurs follow their dreams: even when everyone says it is impossible they don’t give up and keep trying. They love to learn new things, from books or from trying over and over again. Even when they make mistakes, they learn and look for new possibilities, and they work with joy and excitement.

Entrepreneurs should tell everyone about this and make the world a better place, filled with fun ideas and projects.
