The Weaver’s Surprise

We rated this book:

The story The Weaver’s Surprise is so sweet that we just loved it. There are mice who secretly make a home in a weaver’s beautiful rug. If you want to learn about how weaving is done and about the big looms, you will learn about all that in this book. The story is really long and there are also a lot of pictures.

Kids who have gotten to see weaving done in real life will especially like this story because they will understand how big the looms are and how many strands of yarn it takes to make a big rug or something.

The pictures in this book are really nice. They have lots of detail so you can find lots of things in the pictures. The story is mostly for older kids who can pay attention to the whole book.
