The Storm Runner

I think that The Storm Runner was pretty good. It is about a kid named Zane. He has a bad leg, meaning he has a limp and needs to walk with a cane. Otherwise, there is nothing particularly special about him. Zane usually likes to explore the secret volcano that is near his house. Since no one knows about it, no one bothers him. One day, he discovers a mysterious girl named Brooks. She tells him of gods, demons, and unbelievable magic. She opens up his eyes to a whole other world, and they open up a door of possibilities. Personally, I love the fantasy aspect of this story. I also like how it unfolds more and more as it goes on. More things are revealed. I also like the overall plot of the story. There are MANY fantasy books with demons and things of that nature, but this was different. Overall, it was a great book, and I would definitely recommend it to others!
