Space Rocks!

Space Rocks is about Chorkle, a Xotonian alien on the planet Gelo. Humans have invaded his homeland and are busy stealing Gelo’s precious Iridium. Chorkle would love to be of service to his planet and is is even happy to be on a menial mission of service. But while working, he sees the humans. Watching the human aliens will change his xotonian life.

Soon after the humans arrive, all the aliens on Gelo are angry because they keep on drilling and don’t even see the poor, unhappy Xotonians. A Grand Council convenes, and Kalak, a Xotonian councilman votes to use the Q-sik, an ancient, and VERY poweful weapon to abuse the human mother ship in order to force the humans to leave. Every Xotonian agrees with Kalak.

Chorkle does not care at first, but the small humans he has observed make him feel it is wrong. He thinks of the children he saw and decides to save them. He only has a little time left to get to the mothership and save the little humans! Chorkle succeeds but it is left with a bigger problem! How will he get the humans home?

This book was a lot of fun to read! I only left off one star for strong language. It was really an awesome read, fun for kids who like Sci-Fi and any kid with an imagination. It was funny to read what it might be like to watch humans if you weren’t one! I would definitely read this book again.
