It’s Time for Bed
It’s Time for Bed is about a little girl named Siasi who does not want to go bed. She is too busy playing with all the arctic animals. She keeps being asked to go to bed, and Siasi says she wants to dance with the polar bears, or run with the caribou, or howl with the wolves.
I really liked reading It’s Time for Bed because I liked all of the arctic animals. When I was reading this book, I was even doing actions, like dancing with the polar bears, flapping my arms to fly with the geese, and making swimming arms when Siasi swam with the fish. It’s Time for Bed would make a really good bedtime story for kids ages eight and under. I really liked the illustrations–they are bright, colorful, and I liked how the animals were drawn. I liked that the illustrations sort of gave all of the animals expressions. I am eight years old and am able to read It’s Time for Bed, all by myself.
