Greenglass House
Milo is supposed to be having a vacation when five unexpected visitors show up at his hotel. Milo meets a girl named Meddy, who wants to play a spy game, where Meddy figures out clues and Milo finds them. Not long after all the visitors arrive, three special items go missing. When Milo and Meddy decide to try to find the missing items, they find out what they are dealing with is more than just a game. It is a very serious problem that may have fatal consequences.
I liked in this book when Milo finds out an unusual fact about Meddy that he could never have guessed. I also liked how Milo was kind of upset that his vacation was ruined, but then it turned out really fun after all. I always wanted to find out what would happen next and I didn’t want to put the book down. It was very exciting; it got really fun really fast. There was a lot of action and suspense. I liked how Milo was really good at finding things and I liked his friendship with Meddy. It would be a fun book to read aloud as a family, too!
