Go! Go! Go! Stop!

This is an action packed wonderfully written picture book perfect for any imaginative and fun loving child. It is a story about the words Go and Stop and what they mean to a town and their work trucks. It reminds us we all need to work together and find the right balance in life. This is a book I will read over and over again. I loved the pictures of trucks and the big action words. My mom read the book with a voice of excitement and enthusiasm because that is how the book was written. I asked for her to read it again and again. I really loved all the catchy vocabulary “towed terrifically,” “carried carefully,” dumped dependably,” “mixed marvelously.” I loved the bright red color of STOP and bright green color of GO, it made the words stand out and help me find them on the pages. It has a wonderful introduction to opposites and colors. I loved this book and would recommend it to any young child.
