Freddie and Gingersnap #2 Freddie & Gingersnap Find a Cloud to Keep
Freddie and Gingersnap are two dragons that fly; they are big but their wings are really small. Freddie is trying to find a cloud to keep, so they can talk to it, but Gingersnap says that even for a little while, no one can keep a cloud. She acts kind of mean, because she keeps telling Freddie he can’t keep a cloud, but she isn’t the boss! They found a cloud that asks so many questions. It is really a balloon with people in it, but they think it is a cloud. They heard it singing. Then the cloud makes a big storm and they get blown to the cloud’s home, which is a castle. So Freddie and Gingersnap say goodbye, and they don’t get to keep the cloud but they get to keep the song.
I don’t like this book because it is really lame. It doesn’t make very much sense because they keep saying it is a cloud but it is a balloon. And the dragons don’t know what magic is, or children, or danger. But I do like the pictures because they are cute.
