Dragons Beware! (The Chronicles of Claudette)

Hi. my name is Faith. I have been reading Dragons Beware! (The Chronicles of Claudette) book 2 to 3 days. And it is a really good book. This book is about a girl named Claudette and her father Augustine. To be really honest, Claudette doesn’t look like a girl. I thought it was a boy when i first read this. Anyway, this book is about a guy named Augustine and his daughter Claudette. Before Claudette was born, Augustine and his wife fought Azra. She’s a dragon. Augustine fought him with the most powerful sword he had ever made. I don’t know what happend to his wife. After that, he lost both of his legs and an arm. They also live in a village. Their king saw flying gargoyles. Their king said, “No magic can enter past these walls.” When they tried to enter, they turned into ravens. 3 days later, they found out that Azra was going to attack. Augustine, Zubair, Marie, Claudette and, Gaston are going to save their town. First, they have to go to the Grim Grotto. That’s where Azra and her babies live. Marie saw Azra’s esophageal regurgitation. Or dragon barf. Azra wanted to get better, so Gaston made a spell that will make Azra barf up everything she shouldn’t have eaten. There were all kinds of stuff in the barf. But i am not going to tell what stuff was in the barf. Also it was green. Then they defeated the evil wizard. Once they defeated him, it was all over.

I loved Dragons Beware! (The Chronicles of Claudette). I give it 5 stars. This book is good for kids ages 9 to 12 who like adventure.
