Don’t Splash the Sasquatch!
Mr. Sasquatch goes to the pool but he tells the lifeguard that he does not like to get splashed. One by one a bunch of different animals come to swim in the pool and jump in before the lifeguard can say Don’t Splash the Sasquatch. He gets splashed by each animal and Mr. Sasquatch gets more and more mad. Eventually his fur gets all squizzlefied. Can the animals help Mr. Sasquatch?
I really liked Don’t Splash the Sasquatch. While my mom was reading it, I liked yelling out, “Don’t splash the Sasquatch” every time someone jumped in the pool. I think sasquatch is a neat, made up animal and that is why I wanted to review Don’t Splash the Sasquatch. I first heard of Sasquatch last summer when my family was camping in Western Canada. There were signs saying he lived in the forests in British Columbia, but I didn’t see him. I liked the illustrations, and I thought illustrations of the characters who jumped in the pool where neat, like Miss Elephant-Shark, Mr. Octo-Rhino and Miss Goat-Whale. I think young kids will enjoy reading Don’t Splash the Sasquatch with their parents.
