Counting Crows
In this book, there are just these crows that count. The crows are counting. They count the things they are eating, and they are counting themselves. At first there are just one, two, three crows, but, at the end, there are twelve crows, until the cat comes! They count the things that they eat and where they are. There are trees and nests, cats, scarfs, and other things to count. There is just one scarf, that just one crow has. But the cat gets it at the end! The crows are black, but they are wearing red and white shirts. They eat lots of things like crackers, crickets, ants, chips, and snails. There are a lot of bugs that they eat.
I like the rhymes and I like looking at the crows and counting them and the things they eat. But my favorite is the cat. He says, “Bye, crows! Bye!” This book is really fun!
