13th Street #3: Clash of the Cackling Cougars

Zany cousins Malia, Dante, and Ivan are back on 13th Street for a third time. The strangeness can’t possibly happen to them again, can it? When the cousins meet Donya Chabela’s grandson, who seems to be trapped in 13th Street, it seems they may finally find out why she keeps sending them there.
