Gumballs: A Mr. and Mrs. Green Adventure (Green Light Readers Level 2)
Mr. and Mrs. Green, which are alligators, walked by a test – a contest. And they loved gumballs, and this was a gumball prize, that anyone would win if they guessed how many gumballs there were. Mrs. Green just guessed a number, but Mr. Green did math because he loved gumballs so much he really wanted to win. Mrs. Green got a goldfish that was her favorite color, but Mr. Green got that whole jar of gumballs, and they made a playground with gumballs. I liked this book so much because it is so funny that they are alligators and they liked gumballs and they rolled in the gumballs in the end! The pictures are really funny. My favorite picture is with all the gumballs in the swimming pool and they are sliding into a whole pool full of gumballs. The alligators are so silly and look so funny. Mr. Green’s idea was a better idea, because he used math and got the number right. I would do that, because I would sure like all those gumballs!
