How This Book Was Made
This book is a non-fiction story about how a book (particularly this book!) is made. I guess you could say that the main character in this book is the writer. In this story, the writer first has to come up with an idea and then write about it. Writing about an idea isn’t as easy as it looks. You have to re-read and edit your work, and then you have to let someone else edit it, too! But that’s not all! Then the book has to get printed, and in this book you learn just how far a book has to travel (around the world, in some cases!) to get printed. This book was printed in Malaysia, which is a far away country. There are many other steps involved, but you’ll need to read this book to learn about them. I really liked this book. I love to write, and one day I hope to work with publishing books. I think anyone who likes books and reading books would enjoy learning about how they get produced.
