Time to Move South for Winter

This book is so good to have for the fall season to learn all about many animal migrations that happen before winter. Some may not know what happens to animals like some birds, monarchs and even some mammals, such as whales and caribou, that move to south to warmer areas for winter in order to survive or have a food source. What I found most interesting is the monarch’s long journey on their tiny paper-thin wings.

This book is so neat and is packed with lots of information. I thought the illustrations were outstanding. This will be a fun book to read every fall. This would also be a great book for a classroom to help with research projects, which is what I will use it for.
