The Things She’s Seen
The Things Shes Seen is about a girl that died and her father is the only one that can still see her. Beth tries to help him get over her death while helping him investigate an accidental fire in a childrens’ home. However, things aren’t always as they seem. The plot was interesting and entertaining. The characters were well developed but I didn’t really get to know any of them too well. I feel like it might have been better to show more of the memories from when Beth was alive. The language flow was great. It brought you in and kept you there using mystery and symbolism to keep your interest peaked. I think people thirteen and older should read this book who like mystery and fantasy. It is not a book for the faint of heart and it is one of the best mystery type books I have read in a while. I definitely recommend this book. It is a plot-twisting mystery that doesn’t seem to end. Reading this book is worth it.
