The Perfect Dog
When a little girl’s parents say she can get a pet dog, she wants to find The Perfect Dog. First she looks for a big dog, bigger, then too big like a Great Dane. A small dog, but not too small, long hair but not too long. Her dog cannot be too loud, too fancy, or too fast, like a greyhound. It cannot be too slow or messy. Her dog must be happy, and perfect. Then after looking at all the different types of dogs, The Perfect Dog finds her.
The Perfect Dog is a fun book about finding the right dog for your family. It was very easy to read since there aren’t many words. My five-year-old sister really liked looking at the pictures over and over again. I think the illustrations are the best part of the book. My sister and I like that there are all the different types of dogs in this book, like Saint Bernard, Chihuahua, German shepherd and Dalmatians. But we couldn’t find our Aussie in the book. She is the perfect dog for our family. I think this book is perfect for little kids.
