The Lost Twin (Scarlet and Ivy)
Scarlet and Ivy the Lost Twin is a book about a teenager named Ivy whose sister was supposedly killed by the flu. Ivy gets sent to Scarlet’s boarding school months after she dies seemingly for no particular reason but when she reaches the school everything becomes crystal clear. She has been sent to take Scarlet’s place, to think like her, act like her, become her. She soon discovers that at Rookwood School not everything is what it seems. Scarlet has left her a series of clues hidden throughout the school explaining how and why she disappeared. Ivy must find them before it’s too late.
The plot of this book was very believable and entertaining. I got to know the main characters in depth. I disliked some, such as Penny Winchester, but some, like Ivy, I liked. The writer kept me interested the whole way through the story. I think anyone who likes adventure and suspense should read it. This book would be a good series and may be as far as I know. I would recommend this book to anyone I meet. Read this book, I couldn’t stop asking in my head what’s next.
