The Last Dragon Charmer #1: Villain Keeper
Prince Caden is the eighth-born prince and the only one born from the second queen, so when his father gave him a chance to prove himself, he jumped onboard. But just as he was about to fight the dragon, Prince Caden, Sir Horace (a majestic Galvanian snow stallion), and Caden’s childhood friend (a sorceress named Brynne) are transported to Ashville, North Carolina. What is their connection with Jane Chan, who went missing the day they appeared? Is there really no magic in Ashville? And why is Rath Dunn, tyrant of the Great Realm, teaching math?
Politics in Razzon may not be as simple as Caden thinks, as there are hints of a conspiracy in the castle, even in Ashville. Caden starts to learn to be appreciative of his own talents and realize that maybe he is not supposed to be an Elite Paladin, but something greater. I enjoyed reading this and I want find out how Caden’s power will develop. I really cannot wait to see how the story will unfold in the next book.
