Henry, Lily, Mei, Pablo, and Padma all want to help Mr. Sam in the public garden. He apparently needed a lot of help, so Lily asked her friends if they wanted to help too. Padma asked if there would be worms. They all went to the public garden. First, they needed to pick seeds. They found a spot in the sun for each of their plants. They planted strawberries, carrots, tomatoes, peas, and peppers. They kept doing stuff for gardening. Lily thought her friends didn’t like gardening, but they went everyday. The plants all grew, and they picked them. They asked Mr. Sam if they could help next year.
This book is really good! You really should get it. I think it’s a book that shows a lot of teamwork when the kids help one another. I like that because teamwork is nice.
