Fans of Astrid Lindgren’s Pippi Longstocking will love //The Fearless Little Farm Boy//. The stories couldn’t be more different, but the writing style is spot on familiar and delightful. Not surprisingly, the illustrations by a Swedish artist are endearing and make you like the story even more. //The Fearless Little Farm Boy// is about a little boy’s adventures being brave in an unlikely circumstance. It’s a refreshingly detailed book considering most picture books these days tend to be rather short. A hearty story that can easily be read in one sitting, it would be a good keepsake quality gift book for a variety of ages. //The Fearless Little Farm Boy// would be a great addition to public and private libraries alike.
