The Big Sticker Book of Bugs
This book is very fun. You can draw in it and design stuff or play games. You can also just read it, and you will learn a lot of stuff about bugs. It is very interesting; before I read this book I didn’t know very much about bugs, but now I do! I learned what types of bugs there are and that snails could have different covers – shells. That’s really weird, though, because of course snails aren’t bugs. So they really shouldn’t be in there. Neither should the earthworms, spiders, or even centipedes. But it was fun to learn about them. I think by bugs the author meant all sorts of creepy-crawly things, but that is pretty confusing. But this book is still really fun. The pictures are colorful drawings that are not realistic, but they make you think about how these creatures can have so many colors and sizes when you go outside to try to find them. The best part is the stickers; there are tons of them, and you can use them over and over and move them around if you like. This is a great book for kids who like all types of bugs.
