I think that The Adventures of Tom Sawyer was a pretty decent book. It tells the classic story of Tom Sawyer: a young troublemaker’s adventures and conflict with his friend Huckleberry Finn. What’s different about this reincarnation of the story is that it is in the form of a manga, which is a Japanese comic. It’s a different way to view the book, and I really like the idea. Not everyone nowadays wants to read a book about a kid set in the 1800s, so I think this would appeal to many different types of people, especially since many people prefer looking at pictures rather than a page of words. I also think it was a good choice to write is as a manga instead of a basic comic book, since this kind of style is harder to find with American books. Overall, both the story and the format were amazing. I would definitely recommend this book to others.
