Spy School Goes North
Another thrilling adventure with Agent Ben Rippley!
In this eleventh book in the Spy School series by Stuart Gibbs, fourteen-year-old Ben has been relocated to Alaska. Brr! When their leader, Cyrus Hale, is kidnapped, it’s up to Ben and the team to rescue him and stop Operation Doomsday.
I really like that Ben gets shoved on all these unexpected adventures. One second, he’s relaxing and the next he’s up to his elbows in thwarting evil plans. Along with his pals, Erica Hale, Mike Brezinski, and Zoe Zibbell, he can take on the evilest evildoers. Or at least the average bad guy in an average fight. Maybe. (His skills are kind of iffy.)
My favorite part about this whole series is that it uses real locations in the real world. I love learning about places I haven’t been to yet!
Like his other adventures, Spy School Goes North is full of excitement, danger, and of course, some ridiculous bits. Take the flame thrower incident for example. Fans of the series will not be disappointed in this newest exciting adventure.
