Sleeping Cinderella and Other Princess Mix-ups

Sleeping Cinderella and Other Princess Mix-ups is about four fairy tale princesses. They each get tired of their own fairy tales, so they switch places. Snow White is tired of living with, and cleaning up after, seven dwarfs, so she decides to live alone in Rapunzel’s tower. Rapunzel is lonely, so she goes to Cinderella’s ball to meet other people. Cinderella is so tired from cleaning that she takes a rest in Sleeping Beauty’s bed. Sleeping Beauty just woke up and is well rested, so she goes to Snow White’s cottage to help take care of the seven dwarfs. Will the princesses like their new life?

I really liked this book. I loved that it has four of my favorite princesses, and they go into each other’s stories. The author wrote the book in rhyme. This made it harder for me to read on my own, but made it very fun to listen to. I liked that the ending is not the same as the original fairy tales. Cinderella ends up going off to college, and meets a regular guy who is not a prince, but who is smart. From the pictures, it looks like Cinderella is studying shoe design.
