Seven Wonders Journals: The Key
Aliyah and her twin brother, Osman, live with their father in a run-down shed. Their mother recently died and their father has been trying to find treasure so they can be rich enough to get a house. One day they find an ancient ruin. They think this would be the perfect place to find treasure, so they start to look around. Aliyah touches a stone and suddenly a huge crack opens in the ground. Will Aliyah be able to uncover the mystery of this chasm and find the hidden treasure? Read this book to find out!
This book is short, yet it’s packed with adventure and ancient mysteries. It’s fun to find out about Aliyah before she’s grown up in the other Seven Wonders books. Osman and Aliyah both have a funny sense of humor that is fun to read about, and they take care of each other until the Queen of the Underworld kidnaps Osman and their father. The ending was satisfying, but left the story open for more adventures. I would like to read the other books in this series!
