Relaxations: Big Tools for Little Warriors
Relaxations: Big Tools For Little Warriors by Mamen Duch is a good book for relaxations whenever you feel stressed, angry, or feel like throwing a tantrum. It teaches you to close your eyes, to imagine the pictures in your head, breathe deeply, and it will make you calmer. I thought the part where it tells you to imagine if you were a spaghetti was very funny. My favorite was the four-elements technique. I could use the techniques if I’m mad or stressed. The illustrations look very different. I’ve never seen that style of illustrations before. I do wish there were more illustrations, though, because there weren’t that many.
