Mouse & Giraffe

Mouse and Giraffe are neighbors, but they aren’t friendly neighbors because they can’t seem to agree on anything… After many disagreements, Mouse and Giraffe realize that the many disagreements they have are because of their very different viewpoints due to their size. As they say, opinions vary person to person based on their views, and this is certainly true for a tiny mouse and tall giraffe. When Mouse doesn’t come out of his house, Giraffe is a good neighbor and brings soup to his friend.

This book was a great book on how perspectives can differ from one person to another, showing that even their size can play a role in their differences. Most of all, I loved how they were finally able to see from the other’s perspective.
