Once one starts reading this story, they may ask themselves, what is a cassette tape? I like that this book is taking us back in the day of our grown-ups because let’s be honest, who would even have a cassette player if we found a cassette tape today?

Gilbert finds a creepy cassette and cassette player full of creepy stories, but as he listens to the tape, it just seems hard to believe that this wasn’t a coincidence for him to find. If you want to know if Gilbert can figure out this spooky mystery and help save his brother, just pop in this cassette tape… I mean book!

This was an interesting story for sure, I did like the concept of the book, and the cassette parts were my favorite.
