Moo Hoo
Milton the Cow is an emotional animal—he cries over everything! Having lived on the farm for probably his whole life and knowing what to expect, he continues to experience all the big emotions (happy, sad, frustrated, embarrassed) daily. Milton can’t help how he feels and doesn’t necessarily see anything wrong with it, but the other farm animals have nicknamed him Moo Hoo. Milton meets a friend, Wanda the Sheep, who experiences the same big emotions and displays. The friends find that it’s nice to have someone else like themselves, even if it’s just to cry together.
Moo Hoo taught me that it’s okay to cry when you feel many feelings. It also taught me, and is a reminder to others—don’t assume that you’re the only person like yourself because as long as you keep looking with open eyes, you might find the other person/people like you, to make life happier and easier.
