Mamas and Babies

Well, the name of this book is self-explanatory. It shows real-life experiences of mother animals with their babies, from how they eat, sleep, and move. Each page focuses on a different animal and has the cutest illustration. My favorite part of the book is the orangutangs snuggled up together. Such a sweet book for young readers to see the mother/baby relationship.

This book was really cute for younger readers. It has a simple informative text that is easy to read and a nice illustration. The illustrations are colorful and life-like, so they almost appear to be watercolor. I think this is a great book for young readers who want to learn more about mommies and babies in the animal kingdom.
