Little Mole Gives Thanks (Little Mole, 4)

Little Mole wants to share Thanksgiving with his friends. So he and his mom start making the most delicious Thanksgiving meal ever. However, his animal friends seem to have things come up and are unable to make it. It is really hard for Little Mole when plans and expectations change; however, Little Mole’s mother uses this as a good example to help him learn that it is ok when plans change.

The illustrations of the woodland creatures in this book are so adorable. This may be one of my favorite books because of the illustrations. I think this book has a good message for readers to learn how to handle when plans change, and that sometimes, plans changing is not always a bad thing. Sometimes things change for the better.
