Just Sayin’: Write ‘Em, Draw ‘Em, Hide ‘Em in Your Heart

I enjoyed this book that is called Just Sayin’: Write ‘Em, Draw ‘Em, Hide ‘Em In Your Heart. It is a book for girls about devotions to God in ninety days. I think the main character is the one who is reading the devotions – me, Susan Faith! There are some sketches in this book but mostly there are a lot of spaces for me to write. I like that there are places for the reader to doodle and draw. My favorite part of this book was the verse on the twenty-eighth day. Here is what it says from Proverbs 3:24: “When you lie down, you will not be afraid; when you lie down, your sleep will be sweet.” After that Bible verse, the book says “God has everything under control. Sweet dreams!” I like this part because I love to have sweet dreams! I think this is a good book for little girls who want to get closer to Jesus. The most important thing about this book is that there are a lot of Bible verses.
