Juna had a good friend named Hector, and they would put things in Juna’s big kimchi jar. But one day Hector moved away but she didn’t get to say goodbye. So Juna’s big brother tried to cheer her up. First he bought her a fish to put in her jar. But the fish got too big for the jar. Then he got a beanstalk, but that got too big too. Finally Juna found a cricket and the cricket took Juna to go see Hector, just in her imagination. Or not in her imagination because you didn’t see her in her bed or in her dreams. She let the cricket go, and then she met a girl with a caterpillar that she put in her jar.

This book is fun and I like it because I like to think about Juna when the things in her jar get so big. She goes into her jar in her dreams and goes into the sea and into a jungle. The pictures are so nice and Juna is really nice too and so is her big brother because he likes to do nice things for her to cheer her up.
