Green Planet: Life in Our Woods and Forests (360 Degrees)

I like this book called Green Planet: Life in Our Woods and Forests because it talks about animals all over the globe. It’s a non-fiction picture book with facts about all kinds of animals, fungi, and trees. My favorite part of this book is a section called, “There’s a Bear!” On this page, I learned about Grizzly bears and what they eat – anything from fish to insects. I really like the illustrations in this book. They have a look about them like they are painted. Every page has at least one picture and sometimes there are picture spreads. The end of the book describes houses that have been made out of the natural surroundings, such as homes with leaves for rooftops and treehouses built in the canopies. I recommend this book for all ages. You’ll like it if you are a fan of wildlife and nature.
