Dance Divas: Showstopper

My name is Farrah and I have been reading Dance Divas: Showstopper for the past few days and I think that it is a great book. Scarlett, Rochelle, Liberty, Anya, Bria, and Gracie (the Dance Divas) are doing a “House of Cards” dance for the Smooth Moves competition in Las Vegas. All of the Dance Divas are very excited about it. They all had different cards. Ms. Toni, the dance instructor, told the Divas to make their own costumes for the “House of Cards” dance. She told Liberty that she can NOT have any help from her mom or Lady Gaga’s designer team. All of the Dance Divas got to work on their costumes. Since the Divas have a one week break from school, all of the girls do something or go somewhere exciting. Anya goes back to Los Angeles, California, to visit her father and her brother Alexei. While she is there, she finds out that she is staying in Los Angeles and she has to quit the Dance Divas. She can only stay for the performance for showtime shows in Las Vegas. When the show is over, Anya gets a call from her brother and finds out the best news of her life. I really enjoyed Dance Divas: Showstopper. I think that this is a great book for ages seven to ten.
