Completely Clementine
The book I read, Completely Clementine, was great. I have never read a Clementine book before. When mom first got this book, I thought that this book would be boring! Until I read it, I really thought that this book would be one of the lame books that no one really reads. This book is about a girl named Clementine. It takes place at the end of the school year, and beginning of summer. In the beginning,Clementine is mad at her dad because he misunderstands her drawing. So, she is not talking to her dad. I also liked when Clementine’s mom is going to have a baby. Her mom wants to have the baby born immediately. But, Clementine says that this is the third anniversary of when she threw up on the subway. She also has a sleepover with her friend, Margaret, and her family at a hotel room. Later in the book, Clementine’s mom has the baby, and she names it Summer. I recommend this book for kids ages 6 through 9 who like easy, funny, and adventurous books.
