Pigsticks and Harold and the Incredible Journey

Have you ever wanted to take a trip to the ends of the earth? Well, Pigsticks and Harold get that chance in this hilarious picture/chapter book. It all starts with Pigsticks needing an assistant to go with him on this once in a lifetime trip. He finds Harold in the least expected way, but is extremely grateful for having found him. I am just learning to read chapter books and this is a perfect book for my reading level. I love how there are pictures on every page but it still has chapters, which makes it a little more grown up for me. It would be nice if there was a table of contents at the beginning listing all the chapters. The illustrations kept my attention and made the book more interesting. My favorite part of the story was when Pigsticks was doing the interviewing of all the animals in Tiptown. I also loved how the book had a map of where the animals lived and a picture of their homes. I would recommend this to all my friends because it was funny, easy to read, and an incredible journey.
