As Brave as a Lion

A little girl always feels brave when she has her lion, but she soon finds out that even big, strong, scary lions get scared. This book shows readers its ok to not always be brave and to sometimes look to others for support. The little girl realizes that maybe she should be brave to help give her Lion some confidence to be brave too.
This is a really cute book for readers. Sometimes, everyone needs a little support from someone or something else. Just knowing they are by your side can be helpful, just like the girl and her lion. The illustrations are so very colorful and pretty. I really like how it shows both the Lion’s and the girls many expressions throughout the book.
