Animal Planet Chapter Book: Bugs!

The bookBugs! by the Animal Planet chapter books is definitely an easy-to-read, informative book. From ants to mosquitoes and their life cycles, this book captivated my attention from the beginning. The first element that I noticed was the colorful imagery and creative formatting. Instead of just text, it is replaced with question and answers, interesting captions, and fact files. The text itself is simple to understand, and I would recommend this book to a younger audience, from probably first grade (maybe even kindergarten?) to fifth grade. But, even as a seventh grader, this book had me hooked from the beginning.
