In this story, the Talons of Peace are the keepers of the dragonets from the famous prophecy. It is said that these five special dragonets from five different clans will bring about an end to the war that has been raging on for years.

After a few years, the dragonets get tired of being held captive under the mountain, so they make a daring escape. However, they are immediately captured by the evil queen, Scarlet. Scarlet is a terrible dragon who does not want the war to end. When she finds out she has captured the dragonets from the prophecy, she makes them fight in a gladiator-style arena.

They are pitted against many foes, some friends, and even each other. When one of the dragonets, Clay, is up against the unbeatable Peril, who will win? This story is exciting, full of action, and a little bit gory in places. It has unexpected journeys that lead to new quests, with too many plot twists to count.
