What a Map Can Do
What a Map Can Do is a really fun book about maps. I realized when reading this just how much we unknowingly use maps almost every day, even if some of the maps aren’t printed out. This book starts with a basic map of a room and continues to grow to bigger areas.
I really liked learning about how to read so many different kinds of maps, for instance, reading trail maps is my favorite! I also never realized how looking at constellations is like looking at a map of the sky!
This book was fun to read and super educational. My sister enjoyed the book too, and I think this would be great to help young readers learn more about maps and how to use them.
