Warriors: The Broken Code #5: The Place of No Stars

A case of unrequited love between Ashfur and Squirrelflight began the act of revenge that fuels this story. The Moonpool is a pool of water where medicine cats can communicate with ancestors who have gone on to StarClan, but StarClan has mysteriously gone silent. When Ashfur takes Squirrelflight through the Moonpool to the foreboding Dark Forest, the cats who are left behind must try to save her. The cats hatch a daring plan to “dream” their way into the Dark Forest in the hope of rescuing their deputy and other fallen warriors from Ashfur’s malicious clutches. Will their mission be successful or is Squirrelflight lost forever?

I really enjoyed this book, as I enjoy every book in the Warriors series! Each story elaborates on the clan dynamics and contains elements of danger and surprise that keep the reader turning the pages and reaching for the next novel. The Place of No Stars did not disappoint. It is full of suspense and plot twists that I could not anticipate. It is a “must read” for Warriors fans everywhere!
