Tidesong
Sophie knows magic, and she also knows that she wants to be powerful. So when she gets the chance to audition for a school all about magic, she takes the chance without hesitation. But she’s not going to the audition right away, she’s going to live with her auntie, but all day she’s doing chore after chore after chore, and auntie isn’t helping. Sophie feels like she also isn’t learning anything, which makes her frustrated and she goes out and tries to do a spell of her own, only to trap a dragon on land. Will Sophie be able to practice for the audition, get into the school, and help Lir, the dragon, get back to his home?
This graphic novel was really fun to read! I thought the story was really interesting, and I liked all the magic aspects. I also liked the characters, too; they were very realistic.
