Professional Crocodile
The way Professional Crocodile is written is so adorable! I like the pictures a lot. It’s cute. They are trying to make it look modern, like crocodiles roam around the city every day. The crocodile does everything a human would do, like wear a suit and clothes. He lives in an apartment. He walks and takes a train to work. There are other animals, too. Just a few humans notice them. He runs errands on his way to work. Where does he work? Read the book to find out.
This story is shown with just pictures and no words. I liked it. It’s hard to make a book with just pictures, but the authors made it look easy. The crocodile’s job surprised me. I thought it was so cute! I think everyone would like this book. The signs in the pictures are in Italian. That’s okay. This book doesn’t need words. It’s fine just the way it is. In fact, I think words would make it confusing. The picture on the last page is my favorite. There are two people who were on the train and at the crocodile’s job. There’s a giveaway of what his job is when you take off the dust jacket. I’ll definitely read more books by these authors.
