Plants vs. Zombies: Brain Food
This is a book of really fun puzzles and activities meant for younger kids. There so many different kinds of puzzles: trivia, fill-in-the-blanks, connect-the-dots, word searches, mazes, tic-tac-toe, and secret codes are just some of them. There are puzzles that are easy, medium and hard to do, but I haven’t found one yet that I couldn’t solve. There are some puzzles, though, that need two people to do. The crazy thing about this book is that all the puzzles have a zombie theme! I don’t know for sure, but I think this book would be best for kids seven to eleven years old. Younger kids might be able to do the puzzles with some help, though. Older kids might find the puzzles to be too easy.
I liked this book a lot because I learned new things about zombies, such as that they love eating brains! Sounds gross to me – yuck! I found the new types of puzzles to be really fun, and I loved the drawing activities most of all! Super-cool book!
