More Surprising Stories Behind Everyday Stuff
Read about some of the world’s interesting stories and silly facts in National Geographic Kids: More Surprising Stories Behind Everyday Stuff. The things that are included in this book are very fascinating and funny to me, and I enjoy this book that tells readers all about some of the world’s inventions with stories. For example, did you know that the microwave was invented by accident? Or, did you know that haunted houses were invented to keep teenagers out of trouble? There are so many different facts bundled together in this one book. Such small things can have SUCH interesting backstories in this book.
I love this book because of the amazing stories that put you in awe, and I love the photos, markups, and added speech bubbles that the book has in it. There is nothing I do not like about the book. I recommend this book to people who love to read about silly and super interesting facts. I hope you get a chance to read this interesting and surprising book.
